We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Orders being delivered to mainland UK will be sent with DPD, orders being delivered to Highlands, Islands and NI will be sent via Royal mail and you will receive notification from the courier to update you on your delivery.
*Some orders may be sent in multiple parts, you will receive multiple dispatch emails if your order has been split shipped (this mainly applies for orders including aerosols over 500ml)
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?
Salon Trusted is UK based only website. This means no there will be no custom charges.

Salon Trusted uses PayPal and SagePay (accepts most mainstream Debit & Credit Cards).

Salon Trusted only stock and promote professional products from authorised supply channels so you can be assured you are getting the real thing.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation and we will receive a copy of this.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? (E.G.ADDRESS)
Please feel free to pop us an email on email@example.com and we can look into this for you. Please note, if your order has already been dispatched then we cannot make any changes to the order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order but if the order has already been shipped then we will need you to return the item. Only once we have received the order back, we can issue a full refund.

How much commission will I earn as a Salon Affiliate?
You will earn 10% on each transaction when your Salon Trusted ID has been used at checkout.

If you have earned commission, you can choose when to redeem this by clicking the 'Request Commission' button in your Salon Report.

How will I receive my commission?
Any commission earned will be in the form of a electronic discount voucher to the value of the commission earned. This can be redeemed at www.synergysalonsupplies.com
How long will my discount voucher be valid for?
Your discount voucher will be valid for one year before it expires.

When someone uses my Salon ID, what happens to their order?
You don't need to worry about anything! We will process, package and send the customers order straight to their door - you just need to watch your commission grow!
How do I collect points?
Points will be added to your account whenever an order has been placed. To keep building them, create an account!
How many points do you earn per £ spent?
You collect 1 point for every £1 that you spend. So spend £10 on Salon Trusted and you will have 10 points added to your account, unless of course you are shopping at a time when we are running an offer like double points!
What are my points worth?
Once you reach 100 points, you will have £1 to spend. Have 630 points? That's £6.30 you can save at checkout.
How do I spend my points?
Once you are ready to place your order, there will be an option to redeem your loyalty points at checkout!
Can I pay with points if it doesn't cover my full order?
Yes! We allow part-payment. This means you use what points you have towards your order, and you can pay the rest however you like.
Will my points pay for shipping?
No, if you have enough points to pay for all of your products, delivery of your order will still be charged.
