*Some orders may be sent in multiple parts, you will receive multiple dispatch emails if your order has been split shipped (this mainly applies for orders including aerosols over 500ml)

Salon Trusted is UK based only website. This means no there will be no custom charges.
WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER?

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Salon Trusted uses PayPal and SagePay (accepts most mainstream Debit & Credit Cards).
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
Salon Trusted only stock and promote professional products from authorised supply channels so you can be assured you are getting the real thing.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation and we will receive a copy of this.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? (E.G.ADDRESS)
Please feel free to pop us an email on email@example.com and we can look into this for you. Please note, if your order has already been shipped then we cannot make any changes to the order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your order but if the order has already been shipped then we will need you to return the item (pre-paid by us). Only once we have received the order back, we have issue a full refund.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We can send out an exchange item to you once we have received the original item back.
