Apply the shampoo on wet hair and leave in for 1-2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

After shampooing, squeeze hair to remove excess moisture, then apply to damp hair hair and work through from roots to ends. Leave for 3 to 5 minutes in the shower, or up to 20-30 for a deep treatment
